Merchandising - Club owns patent-> after 5 years owner can buy patent back, creator always gets a portion of sales from their products, and after 5 years club gives up ownership. This business might overlap with the "Stand" idea by seliing products at various locations around the Syracuse campus.



My name is Michael Yormark, I am one of the CEOs of Orange Merchandising Group, and I will also be heading the manufacturing, selling and distribution of both our salsa and chocolate products. I will need a team of people who will be more than willing to help make these products and sell them to the public. Joining this team will mean concentrated work on these projects only. And the percentage of the profits from these specific products will also be allocated more generously to the members of the team at my discretion (this will include profits going to Orange Merchandising Group as a whole, and a donation made to the E-club).

SALSA:

The first item is the salsa; it consists of a homemade recipe which is completely original from any recipe from a cookbook. It is of higher quality than almost any commercial salsa of which it has been compared to and due to the fact that it is salsa the recipe could be varied to make different type beside the original mango (only one made to date), it also compliments fish (used only with Ahi Tuna, and Peppercorn Swordfish to date), which could offer an angle to not only be used in parties but also ordinary meals as well. When made in large quantities it could prove to be a very profitable venture. With this product we will also be working with manufacturers for packaging, and packaging design of the bowl which it will be sold in.

CHOCOLATE:

The second product is a very unique chocolate. This product is unlike anything else being sold in stores on any known quantity. When made premade store bought good the total return is 354.5% on each chocolate sold. When the ingredients are made completely from scratch and in mass amounts, the return is well over 400% on each individual chocolate sold. The flavors of this chocolate include, Regular (vanilla base), Mint, Strawberry cream, Orange Cream, Raspberry cream, and peanut butter. This product was sold over the past year of which three thousand individual chocolates sold in the Litchfield county area to both individual persons and private candy companies. This product has a lot of potential and simply needs to be made on a mass scale and packaged. With those who have tried the regular chocolate on campus so far, 100% have given it positive feedback. With a devoted team, this product will be very successful.
