CEO National Conference
Each year, The Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization holds an annual national conference. CEO organizations from different universities throughout the U.S. gather for a weekend for workshops, competitions, and FUN! There are a variety of professional speakers to hear as well as smaller breakout sessions where members get to hear different organizations speak about what they have done with their club. At the completion of this conference, CEO awards are given out to Entrepreneurship Clubs for their outstanding achievements. The National Conference also gives the members of CEO a chance to experience a new city with plenty to see and do. Last year, over 50 colleges and universities attended. Previous conferences have been held in Washington D.C., Chicago, and Orlando. The location of this year's conference is Chicago.
Students are encouraged to participate as contestants in the National Elevator Pitch Competition at the conference. Last year, several of our students participated in the competition, got great feedback on their venture ideas, honed their presentation skills, and took away a great experience!

In 2007, the Syracuse University Entrepreneurship Club was nominated for several awards and took home the award for Best Chapter Website!
In 2006, our E Club won a handful of great awards (that came with cash prizes to help support our club!), including:
- Top Chapter Award for Entrepreneurship Diffusion on Campus (Given for the group's strategy to recruit new members with diverse skills from other schools on the SU campus)
- Second Place Award for Best Fundraising Event or Idea (National Orange Sock Day)
- Best Intern-for-a-day Award
